Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items in original, unused condition.
  • Items returned with original packaging.
  • Items with all tags attached.
  • Defective or incorrect products received from Shoes Lab.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items that have been worn or used.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Sale items and discounted products may only be exchanged and cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange collection where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colorway, please mention this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a free collection and send the correct item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
